Question:My tool has broken. What should I do now?
Answer:Find the nearest authorized Service Center; you can find the list of Service Centers here. If the tool is still under guarantee, we will repair it free of charge (read more on guarantee here).

Question:When is guarantee void?
Answer:The guarantee is void due to:
- Non-observance of operating instructions
- Tampering of an unauthorized person or an unauthorized service center
- Improper handling of the tool
- Damages caused by the fault of the buyer or a third person due to mechanical impact or connection to wrong voltage.

Question:How do I know that I have bought original Iskra ERO products?
Answer:Iskra ERO brand tools have been green since 2005.

Question:What does the membership in the Iskra ERO Club bring?
Answer:Members will be first informed about our novelties, you will be able to participate in the prize-winning drawing lots and much more. Are you interested? Join us. The membership brings no obligations, and you can also cancel it anytime.
