Question:	My tool has broken. What should I do now?
Answer:	Find the nearest authorized Service Center; you can find the list of Service Centers here. If the tool is still under guarantee, we will repair it free of charge (read more on guarantee here).

Question:	When is guarantee void?
Answer:	The guarantee is void due to: - Non-observance of operating instructions - Tampering of an unauthorized person or an unauthorized service center - Improper handling of the tool - Damages caused by the fault of the buyer or a third person due to mechanical impact or connection to wrong voltage.

Question:	How do I know that I have bought original Iskra ERO products?
Answer:	Iskra ERO brand tools have been green since 2005.

NiCd Battery

Nickel-cadmium batteries (NiCd) are most generally used batteries for cordless tools.
